WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY...
Plumb House has completed several projects for me over the years. Their attention to detail, relationships with the subcontractors and suppliers, and overall quality make them, in my opinion, the best multifamily general contractor in the market. I believe that the number one key to development success is early engagement with the architect and contractor in the design development process to protect the construction budget. Plumb House does this better than just about anyone in the market.
— Andrew J. Copelotti, Principal of Boylston Properties —
JMC has worked with Plumb House for 30+ years. We continue to select them to partner with us due to their precise pre-construction planning, transparent budgeting, and a hands-on approach to quality assurance from start to finish, but most of all, because of their people. They are team players, trustworthy and do what they say. Highly recommended for anyone seeking excellence in multifamily construction.

Executive Vice President, John M. Corcoran & Co.
We have worked with the Plumb House team since 2012, and to date, they have built 8 projects totaling nearly 2,000 units for Post Road. We have developed a very close working relationship, based on mutual respect, honesty, and transparency, with John and his team. The fact that we continue to work with Plumb House to build large projects for us is the best endorsement we can give them.
