Dick Anderson , President
The founder of Plumb House, Inc. in 1973 and Dalton Builders, Inc. in 1994, Dick is a past President of Associated Builders and Contractors and past chairman of the Fair Wage Committee. He is a member of the Merit Construction Alliance.

Sarah Badway , General Manager
Sarah joined Plumb House as project support in 2006, following 14 years in the insurance industry. She is now General Manger of Administration.

Helga Coffey , Safety Director
A Certified Site Safety Technician, Helga joined Plumb House in 1982 and has served in a number of key positions, including Education Director and Secretary to the President. As Safety Director she ensures worker compliance with the company’s safety policies.

Dave Erickson , Preconstrustion Services
Dave joined Plumb House as an estimator in 1984. He was promoted to Chief Estimator, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. He is currently head of our Preconstruction division.

Brian Silvernail , Preconstrustion Services
Brian, a Wentworth graduate, joined Plumb House in 2007 as part of the Preconstruction team.

Dave Kutz , Preconstrustion Services
Dave, with longtime construction experience, is a 2008 addition to the Preconstruction team.

Jeff Bergeron , Senior Project Manager
Jeff joined Plumb House in 2005 and is the Project Manager at the Chelsea job. He now oversees the activities of all the Project Managers.

Adam Faria , Project Manager
Adam joined Plumb House in 2004 to do preconstruction estimating. He is now the Project Manager for Martin's Brook in North Reading and Lynnfield Commons in Lynnfield.

Joe Pirelli , Project Manager
Joe joined the company in 2003 and is currently Project Manager of Taylor Pond in Bedford and River's Edge in Medford.

Jim Tornabene , Project Engineer
Jim, a Wentworth graduate, joined the company in 2007 and is working on the Bedford and Medford jobs.

Omar Torres , Project Engineer
Omar came to us from Fitchburg State in 2007 and is working on the Lynnfield and North Reading jobs.

Chris Marcinkevicius , Estimator
Chris was hired as a carpenter in 2000, then promoted to Quality Assurance. In 2003 he became the estimator for Dalton Builders and Advance Concrete.

Carol Skerry , Project Support
Carol was hired in 2005 as a member of the project support team.

Martie Moriarity , Project Support
Martie is a 2006 addition to the project support team.

Jennifer Freeland , Project Support
Jennifer, who is currently out on maternity leave, evolved from receptionist to a member of the project support team.

Joel Ingraham , Labor Manager
A graduate of Bentley College, Joel joined the company as controller in 1996 and now coordinates the labor of our affiliates.

Jackie Bean , Controller
Jackie brought extensive construction experience to our accounting department in 2008.

Joey Nereu , Payroll and Accounts Payable
Joey joined the accounting staff in 2007.

Andrea Minardi , Human Resources
Andrea joined Plumb House in 2006 and does human resources and project support.

Georgia Sterling , Receptionist
Georgia joined the company as our receptionist in 2007, and has taken on additional secretarial and accounting duties, as the phones allow.
