John Anderson
, President
John has been with us since 1984. He started as a laborer and worked his way up through the ranks. He has been Quality Control Manager, Labor Superintendent and Construction Manager, overseeing all of the Plumb House Superintendents and construction activities on all of our jobs.
Sarah Badway
, Vice President and General Manager
Sarah joined Plumb House as project support in 2006, following 14 years in the insurance industry. She is now Vice President and General Manager.
Helga Coffey
, Safety Director
A Certified Site Safety Technician, Helga joined Plumb House in 1982 and has served in a number of key positions, including Education Director and Secretary to the President. As Safety Director she ensures worker compliance with the company’s safety policies.
Dave Erickson
, Preconstruction Services
Dave joined Plumb House as an estimator in 1984. He was promoted to Chief Estimator, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. He is currently head of our Preconstruction division.
Dave Kutz

Dave, with longtime construction experience, is a 2008 addition to the Preconstruction team.
Jeff Bergeron
, Senior Project Manager
Jeff joined Plumb House in 2005. He now oversees the activities of all the Project Managers.
Adam Faria
, Preconstruction Services
Adam joined Plumb House in 2004 to do preconstruction estimating. He was Project Manager on a couple of jobs, but came full cycle back to PreCon when the market slowed to help refurbuish the backlog.
Mark Biron
, Project Manager
Mark came to us from Fitchburg State in 2007. Mark started as an Assistant Superintendent and is now a Project Manager.
Alex Hirbour
, Preconstruction Services
Alex came to us from Fitchburg State in 2008 and worked as Project Engineer on two jobs. He is currently lending a hand in PreConstruction.
