Rit Bouchard , Superintendent
Rit is our senior Superintendent, with the company since its inception in 1973. He is often in charge of special projects.

Joe Marcin , Superintendent
Joe, a former Marine, joined the company in 1982 and rose through the supervisory ranks.

Mario Sousa , Superintendent
Mario joined Plumb House as a carpenter in 1980 and worked his way up to Superintendent.

Scot Johnson , Superintendent
Scot Joined Plumb House as a carpenter in 1979. He has been both Project Manager and Superintendent, as needed.

Mike Hartnett , Project Engineer
Mike brought his concrete experience to Plumb House in 2006.

Jorge Costa , Labor Superintendent
Jorge started at Plumb House as a carpenter in 1985 and worked his way up to Assistant Project Superintendent. He is currently in charge of the Dalton Builders and Advance Concrete workforce.

Tony Trottier , Superintendent
Tony started with Plumb House in 2005. He was in charge of our concrete operations and is now a Superintendent.
