John Anderson , Construction Manager
John has been with us since 1984 and has been Quality Control Manager and Labor Superintendent. He now oversees all of the Plumb House Superintendents and construction activities on all of our jobs.

Rit Bouchard , Superintendent
Rit is our senior Superintendent, with the company since its inception in 1973. He is often in charge of special projects, and is currently Superintendent at Parkside Commons in Chelsea.

Joe Marcin , Superintendent
Joe, a former Marine, joined the company in 1982 and rose through the supervisory ranks. He is currently overseeing work at Martin's Brook in North Reading.

Mario Sousa , Superintendent
Mario joined Plumb House as a carpenter in 1980 and worked his way up to Superintendent. He is currently a Superintendent at River's Edge in Medford.

Shawn Cormier , Superintendent
Shawn started as a carpenter in 1997 and has risen through the ranks to Superintendent, currently finishing up The Groves in Johnston, Rhode Island.

John Gillardi , Superintendent
John joined Plumb House in 2005 and is currently the Superintendent at Lynnfield Commons in Lynnfield.

Steve Janelle , Superintendent
Steve joined Plumb House in 1999 and is currently working at Taylor Pond in Bedford.

Scot Johnson , Superintendent
Scot Joined Plumb House as a carpenter in 1979. He has been both Project Manager and Superintendent, as needed, and is currently Superintendent at Taylor Pond in Bedford.

Joe Sousa , Superintendent
Joe was hired as a carpenter in 1980 and has worked as Labor superintendent and Assistant Project Superintendent. He is working at Parkside Commons in Chelsea.

Mike Freeland , Assistant Superintendent
Mike, also a former Marine who served in Iraq, joined the company in 2005, and is currently working at Martin's Brook in North Reading.

Mike Hartnett , Project Engineer
Mike brought his concrete experience to Plumb House in 2006 and is currently an Assistant Superintendent at Parkside Commons in Chelsea.

Mark Biron , Project Engineer
Mark came to us from Fitchburg State in 2007. Mark is currently an Assistant Superintendent at Martin's Brook in North Reading.

Jon Nadeau , Project Engineer
Jon, a University of Maine graduate, worked previously in Maine, and came to Plumb House in 2007. He is currently an Assistant Superintendent at Parkside Commons in Chelsea.

Chris Nycorchuck , Project Engineer
Chris joined the company in 2008 and is currently an Assistant Superintendent at Martin's Brook in North Reading.

Tim Raymond , Project Engineer
Tim, a Fitchburg State graduate, came to us in 2007 and is is currently an Assistant Superintendent at Parkside Commons in Chelsea.

Will Hulbig , Project Engineer
Will has been with us since 2005 and worked his way up from carpenter to Project Engineer. He is currently the Assistant Superintendent at Taylor Pond in Bedford.

Jorge Costa , Labor Superintendent
Jorge started at Plumb House as a carpenter in 1985 and worked his way up to Assistant Project Superintendent. He is currently in charge of the Dalton Builders and Advance Concrete workforce.

Tony Trottier , Superintendent
Tony started with Plumb House in 2005. He was in charge of our concrete operations and is now a Superintendent at River's Edge in Medford.
